General Terms and Conditions
1. The Buyer and the Seller
"We" and "Us" means Must Have Presents.
"You" means the person buying any goods or services from us.
2. Sale of Goods
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
3. Delivery
You will become responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to you. If we use a third party carrier (ie. The Royal Mail) to deliver the goods, we shall be liable for damage or shortfall up to the time of delivery provided that the damage or shortfall is notified to us in writing within 10 days of delivery or in the case that the goods have not been delivered at all, you notify us in writing within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date (see Time for Delivery below).
4. Time for Delivery
Most items are usually received within 30 days of our acceptance of your order. We always strive to ensure that delivery is achieved well within these timescales but if we become aware that goods will take longer to be delivered, we will endeavour to contact you to give you the option of either continuing to wait for the item, or to accept a full refund for the item in question.
5. No Quibble Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If however we are satisfied that you have good reason to be dissatisfied, and notify us in writing of your dissatisfaction within 10 days of receipt of the goods, we will be happy to replace them or refund your money within 30 days. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
Unless the goods are damaged or defective, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. If however the goods are faulty then the postage will be refunded.
6. Contact us
We are always keen to hear from our customers. If you need to reach us, please use the ‘Contact us’ link on the Home page.
7. Security
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.
8. General
The contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
